BC Songwriter Showcases & Open Mic performances
are (unfortunately) on hiatus indefinitely,
until a new permanent venue is located and secured.

With a nod to caution, BC Songwriters is cancelling our Showcase & Open Mic performances until further notice.
Health Officials are asking that groups not congregate, and because our attendees (and volunteers) tend to be largely comprised of the more vulnerable groups, we want to be overly cautious.
We encourage everyone to keep writing, practicing, and we look forward to hearing your new songs, hopefully soon!
Once this situation resolves, we will announce our re-start date on this website, on Social Media, and by email.
In the meantime, be safe!

On Wednesday, March 4th, BC Songwriters is pleased to Showcase “The Key Collective“, featuring the ‘Collective’ talents of Patricia Dunphy, Will Firstbrook, & Lori Firstbrook.
The Songwriter Showcase starts at 7:30 pm.
Open Mic follows at (around) 8:30 pm, for those signing up, in person, with original tunes!
BC Songwriters still hold their events at the same address, just a new name on the door: Apna Indian Kitchen – 20204 Fraser Hwy, Langley.

This Wednesday, February 19th, BC Songwriters is having an ‘Open Mic All Night’, starting at 7:30 pm!
Bring your songs, bring your voices, bring your instruments… we do all the rest!
(But if you want to just come out and listen… we like that, too!)
It takes place at Apna Indian Kitchen – 20204 Fraser Hwy, Langley.

Open Mic will follow, once Sydney has performed her awesome songs!

The Restaurant where we hold our BC Songwriters’ events has been sold, and is undergoing renovations.

Showcases are postponed until further notice.

But, as soon as we have a start date, we will let you know here!
